Payment / Dispatch
We ship our products with DHL, UPS, DPD or GLS. Larger shipments will be shipped by freight delivery by truck.
Shipments are limited to delivery addresses in Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For delivery addresses not explicitly mentioned here, we ask commercial customers to contact us for individualized quotations.
You may choose from the following payment options: advance payment (bank transfer), by invoice (up to 1500,- €), cash on pick-up, Amazon Pay or PayPal.
For orders from Switzerland and shipments to Switzerland, the only available payment option is advance payment by bank transfer. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Our customers in Switzerland may use the services of MeinEinkauf AG ( https://meineinkauf.ch/ ) to simplify handling and shipping procedures.
Transport costs
For shipments inside of Germany, we charge 5,95 € per order.
From an order value of 75,- € we ship free inside of Germany.
For express shipments inside of Germany, we charge 50,- €.
All our transport costs :
Up to 75,- € order value inside of Germany = 5,95 €
Over 75,- € order value inside of Germany = free
Express delivery inside of Germany = 50,- €
Freight delivery by truck foreign countries (explicitly mentioned at the item description) = 100,00 €

Important notice:
We ask you to check your ordered items for transport related damages on delivery and to let the transport service driver confirm this damage. Please inform DIV-Pumpen immediately afterwards about discovered transport related damages. This request does not have any influence on your warranty rights, but you may assist us in stating our request for reimbursement to the transport service.
