The Zehnder Pumpen Universal Sludge Vacuum USS clears heavily contaminated garden ponds of sludge and unwanted solids.
The robust diaphragm pump in a stainless-steel housing delivers continuously, and because it has no integrated, spatially limited collection container it can convey even small stones, sand and the like. Cellars and shafts flooded with sludge and dirty water are emptied quickly and precisely, and wastewater residues from pools are removed simply and rapidly. The Zehnder USS runs quietly yet powerfully. In many cases its high performance replaces conventional submersible pumps and/or wet vacuums. Dry running—which would normally put most pumps out of operation—is no problem for the USS.
